Easton and Phillipsburg notables, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission officials, Pennsylvania’s transportation secretary and more gathered on the Phillipsburg side of the Northampton Street Toll-Supported Bridge — more commonly called the Easton-Phillipsburg free bridge — for a rededicating ceremony, capping off two years of rehabilitation work by turning on the programmable color-changing architectural lighting system for the first time, the highlight of the project.
