Carr & Duff installed new15kv EPR cable for two 12.4kv circuits, terminations, load break elbows and17.5kv low-profile load interrupter distribution switchgear at the State of Delaware’s Carvel Building. This 12-story facility serves as the primary office of the Governor, Attorney General and New Castle County Legislators, while serving several other state agencies. The work required comprehensive coordination with utility engineers as well as the State’s project due to critical/life safety operations at facility.

Ancillary work included numerous code compliant upgrades to their main switchgear room.
